We are all mourning out here in Puyallup. David lost his wife last Sunday morning. A very long and sad story. They adopted three year
old Jerad last May. So now he has a young son to raise. She was sick
for years.Anyway please remember them in your prayers. I also wanted
to let you know I bought your CD from your mom in Jan. We all love it.
Hearing your voice takes me back home{Ohio}! I think we are playing "UP
HERE" at the funeral.Justin was trying to find on your site but it only
part of the song.David took your CD to Justin today--even if they can't
get it on the funeral CD, I told David to keep it for awhile and listen
to your beautifull song.He was excited to listen to it.

I caught your show at Douglas Corner the night of Tammy’s b-day and have been wearing your CD out ever since.
I know you must hear this all the time-but the song “Up Here” is amazing…I have played it over and over-wonderful lyrics and melody-and the instrumentation is absolutely perfect.
Do you mind me asking-what is happeneing w/this song? I would like to play it for a couple of publisher friends-if it’s okay w/you-if not-that’s cool too!

As you already read, my name is Shonda. I love your "When We Knew It All" cd. A few years back, your dad or someone had written a news paper article about you, your music, and a way to find out about buying that cd at the time. I called him and he even stopped it by my house for me to purchase. I have since then moved, but I love your music hon. I think I even saved the newspaper article. I wrote a country music magazine about you and waiting to hear back from them. I am a fan and when I get the chance to get down to where you are playing live, I would love to see you play someday. Hi Cheley, Just got your note concerning the American Idol Underground. Funny you should contact me tonight. Today was a day for me to go sit with my Mom who has been quite ill this winter. (Strokes, Gallbladder, Broken hip all in three weeks). Anyway I go two days a week and help with her. Driving back to Columbus this evening I got to thinking about my life and the wonderful people who have been blessings to me over the years. And I get home and hear from one of those people.
